We took out an ill-placed fireplace that did not make sense at the end of a kitchen and dissected the living room in such a way that buyers could not understand how to use the space. We refinished all the HW floors with a cooler light "greige" color, ripped out the cabinets and installed new with a nice top accent to customize them, replaced many of the appliances, new countertops, still left the left side with storage but slimmer to allow for seating, if needed.... So happy to report that out of over 10 units in this building on the market, mine was the one CHOSEN! There is an inventory now of condos and it is a great time to buy but at the right price. We listened and predicted the market and got ahead of it before everyone else to set expectations, properly sell the building and unit. ⁠⠀

I am elated the buyer chose my listing after a very thorough report of the building, safety measures we take, amenities, financial health of building, unit, and neighbors that we made sure to show her so that she felt she was home upon arrival.
