⭐️ Oh my, congratulations to our sweet Olive on your graduation from 6th grade and your tremendous recognition with the Journey to Success Award!!  This award is so well-deserved not only for your perseverance, growth, and commitment to learning but for consistently giving it your all, even while facing your learning challenges.  Your growth this year in academics and positive leadership with your peers has been a real joy for Dad and I to witness.  We are constantly amazed about the attitude you bring day in and day out and so very grateful for all that Cove has brought to you and our family.  This year, we have loved seeing you embrace being a mom’s helper to several families, lead your friend group with so much grace and continue your curiosity for adventure & travel.

You grew your confidence discovering how capable you really are (wow, photo #3 and #4), leaned into your friends and your wonderful teacher, and embraced your curiosity. You enjoyed flag football, loved basketball and learned lacrosse. On to 5th grade, my spicy girl — but not before a magical summer! ☀️ 📕

We had a fun weekend in the sun - swimming for hours, tag and pizza with the cousins at the opening of Gigi & Pops pool, date night dinner , day with Indie in Lincoln Park walking for hours and bumping into dear friends along the way ( and ) finishing with delicious crepes . And, of course… the last photo is the start to everyday! Perfection.

On Tuesday night we gathered at Studio 61 in Chicago to celebrate the very best of our Compass Chicagoland community – top-producing agents whose performance, leadership, and dedication set the bar in our market.

Grateful for my incredible teammate .podracky, my clients, partners, and colleagues who make this work so meaningful, and a huge round of applause to my fellow honorees. It was such a fun night toasting big goals, sharing stories, and connecting with the people who push me to keep raising the standard.
