Top tips for getting your home ready for showings:

1.) White bedding! Order a clean & crisp set of all white bedding. This will help give your bedroom a fresh look and feel. Plus, it photographs well.

2.) Add some plants! Plants always help give life to the space. Get a palm or a fiddle fig for an empty corner. ZZ, rubber band, snake plants and peace lilies are also great for table tops/nightstands!

3.) Brighten and lighten your space with a fresh coat of paint. But, please not beige. A crisp white would be great! Ask your realtor which colors would be best for your space.

4.) A professional clean before your first showing is a must.
