Had some help taking this sign down today and inspecting the swing at final walk-through for the new owners. This was a fun transaction for my clients with buyers unexpectedly competing well over list price (the kind of activity more common in spring). Yours truly even remedied a stuck sewer cleanout cap after inspection to save my clients a small headache (and didn’t make a mess).

This buyer’s closing was extra special - she was ready to buy her first home 2 years ago only for us to find out the condo couldn’t be financed in because of a city lawsuit we weren’t told about requiring a deck replacement. Without enough time she had to make a quick pivot and rent. This year we mobilized again and locked in a great deal for her. Now she’s a homeowner!

It was fun selling 306 above, and then my buyer stepped in and bought 106 below a month later! I told them they had a such a good wall for displaying art… and then got them a closing gift to remember their trusted realtor by. 😂 (ok not actually)

Last month I did the first virtual raffle for my past clients - I gave away this table made by yours truly by refinishing a butcher block slab and installing wire table legs. Nick was the lucky winner! Next up... working on a C-table concept with more ideas in the hopper :)
