Personal Background

Pearl believes in building relationships, in listening to her clients, and in being proactive to meet each client’s individual needs. Having grown up in Northbrook, Pearl is very knowledgeable of the community and its neighboring areas, but also understands that every client has differing needs. A former schoolteacher, her teaching background has prepared her to best educate her clients in the process of selling or in buying a home. She is a fluent speaker of Korean and is very active in the Korean community. Pearl makes the time to continue her work with children. She enjoys reading, yoga, traveling, and taking her 3lb teacup yorkie everywhere! She is on the board for organizations that help victims of domestic violence & also senior citizens.

Interest rates have always fluctuated but on average have hovered in the 5-10% range for the past three decades. The minutes from the Fed’s latest December meeting showed there is a growing sense among Fed members that inflation is under control. After hiking their benchmark Fed Funds Rate eleven times since March of 2022 to slow the economy & tame inflation, they indicated that a lower FFR would be appropriate by the year’s end. There is speculation that rates could potentially fall to the low 6 percent range by the end of 2024. While anything is possible, hope this helps bring you some perspective in the meantime if you’re contemplating buying or selling this year! Stay tuned for more updates & 📲 with any Qs! ♥️,
