Meet Sarah Rider, our Marketing Manager and the strategic mind behind (almost) everything you see and read from Peak. 👋🏽

Sarah leads brand strategy and marketing communications across all of Peak—ensuring everything from property marketing to executive messaging is consistent, compelling, and on-brand.

She manages our social media presence, builds business-winning pitch decks, drafts investor and executive communications, oversees internal and external newsletters, and leads PR efforts that boost visibility and earned media coverage.

Sarah also develops resident-facing engagement and loyalty programs that strengthen brand affinity and drive retention. She works closely with senior leadership and collaborates across departments to ensure messaging reflects the goals and voices of the entire organization.

Outside of work, Sarah is earning her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) at Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism—sharpening her skills in brand management, data-driven marketing, and strategic storytelling. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼✨

Our department is fierce—and Claudine is one reason why.

She’s the go-to for bookkeepers, property managers, and vendors alike; fielding hundreds of emails a day and somehow making it look easy. She's also a proud member of PPEC (that’s our Peak Properties Engagement Committee), helping plan all the little surprises that make workdays brighter.

Outside the office? You might catch her at a music festival, on a shopping spree, or possibly shopping at a music festival. Her desk is a mini-museum of treasures from all around and beyond.

Closing out our intern spotlights, meet Simon. Simon is one of our summer interns supporting the Supera team. 👋🏽✨🏢

A rising sophomore at Michigan State University, Simon has spent the summer getting a real-world crash course in property operations: running materials to properties, conducting , interacting with , and even supervising repairs.

👋🏽 Meet Braden, one of our summer interns supporting the Mid- and High-Rise division at Peak!

This summer, Braden’s been busy inspecting , assisting with the onboarding of new assignments, and supporting resident relations across the portfolio.

He’ll head back to New Orleans soon to begin his junior year at Tulane University where he majors in finance. His time at Peak is coming to a close, and we're wishing him a strong finish to the summer & an even stronger fall semester! 🌊✨💪🏽
