Who’s going to rebuild our neighborhoods?
The answer is crystal clear — it’s us.
We’re the ones we’ve been waiting for.
The Missing Middle Developer’s Open House in Garfield Park was inspiring to say the least. Major kudos to and for leading this incentive that will drive this city forward in measurable ways.
Last week at the Garfield Park Field House, my partner Jim Webb and I joined other developers who are also committed to building in the communities we call home. In partnership with Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Missing Middle Initiative, we discussed our upcoming projects with neighborhood residents.
The goal is to help restore middle-density housing
With that allow me to introduce Elevé West — eight brand new affordable homes coming to West Garfield Park.
What sets our development apart from others is our commitment to including well designed, high value accessible units in every building, ensuring our senior citizens and other residents with ADA needs are part of the future we’re building.
Because strong neighborhoods are built when community needs come first.
