Big news for all of my Bucktown/Wicker Park and Lincoln Park clients!! I have sold a lot of real estate in these areas and numbers have been fantastic and now watch it get even better!! Lots of increase in value coming to these areas.

I have been hearing so much from fellow agents, photographers, and home inspectors about all the Realtors who have been leaving the business. The current market is very tough, and you have to really know your way around it, especially with buyers. The city is tough, and the suburbs are even tougher for single-family homes. Over the last few years, so many agents have had to leave this profession because they aren’t making enough to survive.
