I know I’m not the most active on social media, but it isn’t because of a lack of content to share, it’s because I’m usually pretty busy, but I’m working on sharing more in 2021! People tend to like looking at real estate so I’ll oblige.

I received quite the unexpected honor yesterday of being named Rookie of the Year for Sales & Units company wide. Wow! It’s still sinking in as I write this. 🤯

My first year with Baird & Warner started off by going into the office routinely and getting to know & learn from fellow real estate agents. We all know life then shifted in March, but Baird & Warner never skipped a beat. The quick changes & supportive staff allowed me to grow my business and earn this award.

And this truly wouldn’t have been achievable without my amazing clients and everyone who shares my name with their friends and family. And I can’t forget the support from .borowy as we navigated 2020!

Now it’s time to get back to doing what I love, and make 2021 even better by helping more people find a home they love ❤️

🏠 So what does this mean for you if you’re looking to buy a home in 2021? 🏠

-Buyers have more buying power and can get a larger conventional loan with a lower down payment. But you still want to talk with your lender and realtor to make sure that makes sense for you and you’ll qualify for the loan.
-Conforming loans typically have lower rates so you’ll spend less over the life of the loan.
-Conventional loans tend to be easier to qualify for compared to a jumbo loan, and you do not need as hefty of a down payment.

It’s overall good news if you’re in the market to buy! And it’s good news for sellers too- with the low rates and increase in loan limits, the buyer pool may be larger than a year ago. This year is coming to an end quick - phew 😂 If you’re ready to take on the 2021 market then let’s chat!
