One of the most satisfying parts of my career as a Realtor is successfully closing a home for first time homebuyers. I cannot think of a family more deserving of their new home. After some uncertainty on how we would get there, the day has FINALLY come! It was very competitive (even in new construction homes)! I am humbled when I step back and see these numbers because, in reality, these are WAY MORE than just numbers and selling homes.
They represent...
✨ the countless hours of time and effort educating, empowering, and serving each client to attain their real estate dreams and goals.
✨ listening for what is being said AND what is not being said.
✨ being able to comfortably walk side by side with clients, and allowing them the space needed as they experience the vast array of emotions that come with buying or selling one of the largest assets they will ever buy or sell.
✨ guiding clients to have clear goals, and celebrating their successes!
✨ people who worked hard to save enough money and worked on their credit and are finally able to proudly purchase their first place and can now call that place their "home."
✨ those getting married or expanding their family, sold their first home and were able to move up into their dream home.
✨ those needing to downsize whether It be due to death, divorce, or celebrating their kids going off on their own.
