When you finally get a verbally excepted contract an hour seems like days when waiting for the executed contract to come back from the listing side. This market is tough! Anything can happen between the verbal agreement and receiving the actual executed contract. having a good realtor who understands how to navigate the nuances of this interesting market is so important!
