My seller had a contract on his property before it was even finished—incredible!
Meanwhile, my buyer was looking for a cash-flowing 3-unit property but wasn’t too impressed with the options on the MLS. So, I showed him one of my private listings. Of course, I work closely with investors who are constantly renovating and developing properties, so it was an easy match!
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of helping both clients get to the closing table.
