Thank you to everyone who rallied through the gray skies last weekend and joined us for Fall Fest! It was so great seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and spending the day with such an incredible community.

Multiple offers are a great position to be in as a seller, but the highest offer isn’t always the best offer.

When we’re navigating a multiple-offer situation, we look at the full picture: price, financing, contingencies, closing timeline, earnest money and, most importantly, what matters most to our sellers.

Maybe getting the absolute highest price is the priority. Maybe it’s a smooth closing with fewer contingencies. Maybe timing matters because of where you’re headed next.
