We started the week at the Realm gathering inside the Waldorf Astoria Residences. A room filled with vision and leadership. Surrounding yourself with agents who think bigger changes you.

From there, Inman delivered exactly what I hoped for. Honest dialogue. Smart strategy. Real conversations about where our industry is heading and how we lead with intention instead of reacting to noise.

So many of you all know about my crazy love for animals! Last night, I had the privilege of attending an event for Leader Dogs for the Blind which left me with a lasting impression.

I watched as puppies in training trotted confidently alongside their raisers, learning to navigate a world that they’ll soon help someone else see. I met graduates whose lives are now forever connected.

Leader Dogs for the Blind gives more than just a guide dog. They give freedom. They give confidence. They give someone the ability to move through the world independently with a trusted companion by their side.

What moved me most was that all of this is provided at No Cost to those in need. Every training session, every placement, every tail wag that leads to a better life is all made possible by the generosity of volunteers and donors.

If you’ve ever wondered how to make a real difference, this is it. From donating, to volunteering, to raising a future guide dog, there are so many ways to support this beautiful mission.
