What a great night celebrating the end of summer with CCIM Illinois Chapter!
Last night’s End of Summer Cruise was such a fun evening connecting with friends and colleagues in Chicago commercial real estate, with some pretty incredible views of the city along the way.
One of my favorite parts of building ROAM Real Estate Inc. is being part of this community and continuing to grow the relationships that make our industry so special.

According to Choose Chicago, the city welcomed an estimated 56.8 million visitors in 2025, generating a record $21.5 billion in direct economic impact and supporting more than 135,000 jobs.

For those of us in commercial real estate, residential leasing, hospitality, and business development, these numbers represent more than tourism, they reflect continued investment, business growth, and demand for places to live, work, and gather.
