*CLOSED* This listing came with some challenges: from scheduling showings with busy tenants to building maintenance that fell behind, language barriers and having to change the zoning while being under contract so financing could go through.
But not closing was NOT an option! I was able to coordinate and overcome all these challenges to get us to the closing table !
This buyer decided to invest in real estate, and just closed on this incredible 4 flat building in an amazing neighborhood. He is very excited to start renovating the facade and to make all his new tenants happy while growing his wealth. This new landlord couldn't be happier! He is flexing because owning investment makes you feel confident and he already knows it. ☀️

Buying a property is one of the best feelings! I originally met Courtney from being one of her swim coaches 12 years ago! 🏊‍♂️

Tim and Courtney (and their 2 dogs) were looking for their perfect transition home from the city to the suburbs while still being able to easily commute to work in the city. They decided that renting is not for them anymore! They also realized they needed to be near a body of water so we closed on this INCREDIBLE property with lake and pier rights and even a large hot tub! It also features an amazing open layout with very tall ceilings! They are super excited to add their finishing touches to make it theirs !

This is my 4th lakefront/lake rights property closing in 2023, but seeing happy faces at the closing table never gets old!

With Spring right around the corner, I bet these two will enjoy everything the lake life has to offer! 🏠 🚣‍♂️ 🏊‍♀️ 🚢 🚣‍♂️ 🛶 ⛵️ 🔑
