As a recovering perfectionist, I could not agree more. There are still some moments where things have to be perfect because that's just how it is sometimes -- shoot for the stars, ya know? But it's not ALL the time anymore, and I love it here. 🤎

I didn’t even know I needed this book. ✨ I’m not in the hospitality industry but I am in the business of serving others and this?! I followed his team’s journey from 2 to 3 Michelin stars by focusing on team building and service. I love an inspirational read.
