A joint venture of Chicago-based Tucker Development and Mount Prospect-based Wingspan Development Group today announced it has secured financing for the Henry at Harms Woods, a nearly 300-unit project planned at 5400 Old Orchard Road in the northern suburb, the companies said in a statement.

The financing comes while many developers struggle to secure debt for large-scale commercial projects amid higher interest rates and a tight lending environment.
