My sellers originally purchased this condo with me back in 2020. We first met through an open house at a new construction property I was representing, and overs the years I’ve had the opportunity to help them through multiple chapters of homeownership. From selling their previous home to a developer, to purchasing this condo on Palmer, and now helping them make the move to the suburbs. 🏡
Last year, before they were even ready to list, we started planning ahead. We captured exterior and view photos in early fall for the best seasonal views, then spent months prepping, decluttering, and strategically timing the market.
Once they went under contract on their new home in the suburbs, we finalized interior photos, video, and 3D tour.
