Please join us in celebrating Tashena Johnson, Regional Manager with Realty & Mortgage Co., on achieving the prestigious Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation.

Tashena joined IREM to expand her knowledge and grow her professional network. While property management wasn't originally a career she planned to pursue, she quickly discovered it was a natural fit and has never looked back.

Today, she manages a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, apartments, affordable housing, mixed-use properties, and Cooperative/HOA communities. Earning the CPM® designation is a testament to her dedication to professional growth and commitment to excellence in property management.

When asked what advice she would give to those entering the profession, Tashena shared:
"Property Management has so many layers. Find the position that best suits you. It's one of the best-kept professions that you can experience."

Outside of work, Tashena enjoys couponing, cooking dinner several nights each week, and dancing whenever she gets the chance. 💃

Our first IREM CARES Day of 2026 was a tremendous success, and we're proud to be partnered with Lambs Farm, our 2026 Chapter Charity, to make a meaningful impact together.
