Our first IREM CARES Day of 2026 was a tremendous success, and we're proud to be partnered with Lambs Farm, our 2026 Chapter Charity, to make a meaningful impact together.

From hands-on volunteer projects to fellowship at our luncheon, this day showcased the generosity and dedication of our members, industry partners, and donors. Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, talents, supplies, and financial support to help bring this event to life.

Help us celebrate Ellie Yepez, ARM®, Property Manager with Trinity Property Consultants, proudly managing Arrive Glenview!

Ellie began her journey in property management at just 22 years old, starting in leasing in Dallas, Texas. From the very beginning, she was drawn to the people side of the industry and loved helping residents find the perfect place to call home. That passion continues to drive her today as she grows in her career.

Right now, Ellie is especially focused on strengthening her financial expertise. Numbers have always fascinated her, and she’s eager to better understand the behind-the-scenes details that keep a property running successfully. Over the next three years, she hopes to reach a place where she feels confident training and guiding colleagues. For Ellie, success means truly understanding every aspect of each role and being able to share that knowledge to help others grow.

Developing her leadership skills is also a top priority. She is particularly interested in strengthening her emotional intelligence so she can empower her team to make confident decisions and feel supported in their roles. Like many professionals, she’s learning to embrace the reality that not everything will be perfect—but she approaches each day as a fresh opportunity to make things as close to perfect as possible.

Ellie joined IREM to expand her network and learn from professionals across the industry who bring different perspectives and experiences.
