ACO Commercial would like to congratulate the JROTC Raiders team of St. John's Northwestern for taking 3rd place in the nation last weekend at the National JROTC Raiders Challenge at Fort Knox.

These high school students provided an impressive display of training, teamwork and a winning culture.

ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 2124 S. Ashland Avenue in Chicago’s Pilsen Neighborhood. The 5,189 SF two-story property was vacant at the time of sale, suitable for a redevelopment or a commercial user. The corner building boasted high ceilings, excellent natural light and a newer facade. The property was sold for $94.43 PSF to the Pilsen Food Pantry moving contract to closing in less than two weeks.
