MEETING HAPPENING NOW! (Wed, Sept 24 at 11AM), Chicago’s Housing Committee will vote on the Jackson Park Housing Pilot Ordinance—a rushed 27-page measure released only yesterday afternoon, during a major Jewish holiday.

While framed as “right of first refusal” in the 5th Ward, it goes much further:
