Meet Tamara Thomas, Valedictorian, and Ademola Martins, Salutatorian of Kennedy-King College ’s —two graduates whose paths reflect perseverance, purpose, and profound impact.

After returning to the classroom 17 years after earning her GED, Tamara embraced resilience and discipline as a non‑traditional student, earning a perfect GPA and finding her calling in social work. Her journey is a testament to growth, advocacy, and the belief that it’s never too late to pursue your goals.

Ademola’s story spans continents and commitment. Balancing full‑time work while continuing his education, he turned determination into academic excellence and leadership at Kennedy‑King. Today, he channels that dedication into caring for children at his home-based daycare and strengthening families in his community—with plans to expand his impact even further.

Congratulations to two graduates whose stories embody the heart and mission of Kennedy‑King College. ♥️🌟🎓 Read more: https://graduation.ccc.edu/top-students/
