Gratitude is such a good reminder to notice the good, even when life gets busy!
Today I’m grateful for time spent with friends and family this past weekend, and for a busy weekend of real estate too, working with two buyers and writing an offer.
So much to be thankful for.
What are you grateful for today?

💖 Gratitude doesn’t require you to ignore what’s difficult. It asks you to deliberately notice what’s good, too.
Attention is selective. We cannot consciously focus on everything around us at once. Therefore, what we repeatedly choose to notice matters AND drives our thoughts, beliefs, actions, and who we become.
If you want that next level you harness the power of gratitude. ⚡️ Notice your progress. Notice the person who showed up. Notice the moments of peace. Notice what your body can do. Notice what went right today.
Not because the hard things aren’t real. Because the good things are real, too. Let’s retrain our negativity bias one grateful moment at a time. 💖
That’s one of the reasons I practice gratitude every day… Not as forced positivity. As attention training.✨
What are you choosing to notice today my friend?
