Yayyyyy We Are and I can finally let the 🐈 out the 💼 🥳🎉🤗.
Today is an example of why I love 💜 doing what I do. I absolutely enjoy seeing my clients face and sharing the joy once we get to the finish 🏁
Today we have sunshine after the snow storm literally. As Katrina stated what better way to start Black History month. This closing is personal for me. Back in October 2019 my personal trainer Katrina Ferrell her fiancé Cornelius Coe (the Coe’s) and myself talked about this much sought out commercial dream space that on today they become the proud Owners of our New Workout Facility located in the Austin Community. I remember Katrina hosting group vision board sessions, and balloon manifestation sessions for the Trainwtrina TwT family. The Coe’s prayed on this, put the work in and watched it manifest. This is only one item out of many that was on Katrina’s vision board and manifestation balloon I had the pleasure of witnessing the Coe’s manifest. Anything is tangible; including PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND GENERATIONAL WEALTH. We started this transaction in the middle of a pandemic. When I say they were determined to become the Owners of this Amazing Commercial Property and would not let anything stand in the way PERIOD! Through all the minor hiccups and stressful times you made it through the fire, you guys put God first, pushed through, worked as a team and persevered. Your story is one of triumph and resilience.
I am honored you guys trusted and allowed me to be apart of this new chapter! I am so proud of you guys words can not explain how happy I am for you guys. You both deserve this and so much more. This is our first location of many more to come💪🏾 The Grand Opening can’t come fast enough 😄
Katrina thank you for being a friend, believing in me. Thank you for always pushing me and hundreds no thousands of Queens to be the best version of ourselves. I love you 😘 and wishing you guys continued success. Thank you for Knocking with Niya 🏢
