“We cannot create what we cannot imagine.”

This quote stopped me in my tracks!

It reminded me of Proverbs 16:9
“In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.”

Lately I’ve been noticing how this is showing up in my own life. For a long time, the idea of land and sustainable living was just something in my imagination… something I felt pulled toward but didn’t fully understand yet.

Now I’m starting to see how God orders your steps little by little.
Through small shifts.
Through curiosity.
Through the quiet decision to steward where I am right now.

Paying attention to what comes into our home.
Reducing waste.
Learning new practices.
Thinking differently about how we live.

None of it feels random, it feels like preparation. And honestly… it’s been amazing to watch it unfold.

Intentional living isn’t aesthetic. It’s not about perfection and it’s definitely not about waiting for the “right time.” This journey didn’t start yesterday for me and it didn’t pause while I was gone.

Intentionality comes when your values touch your daily choices;
It’s in what you buy...
Who you fund...
What you tolerate...

If you can’t start where you already have power, you’re not ready to ask the world to change for you.

So ask yourself, how are YOU choosing intention today?
