I am a Licensed Realtor in Chicago & San Francisco with a unique niche. For the past 12 years I have focused my business on selling Trust, Probate and Guardianship Properties. Most recently I have solidified my expertise in this segment by becoming a Certified Specialist in Trust and Probate Sales. My experience with complex estates, Court approved sales, settlement agreements, multiple trustees/beneficiaries have made me invaluable to Attorneys and their Clients.
