I am a Broker who has the pleasure of working with Chicago City Properties Group @ RE/MAX Vision, a firm that specializes in helping people buy and sell single-family homes, condominiums, new construction homes, land, buildings, investment properties and mixed-use properties. My team and I represent sellers, buyers, investors, and developers, both in the residential and commer

cial market. We work with sellers, buyers, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers in every detail of the transaction and initiate communication from the first phone call all the way to close. Since my family moved to Chicago from the Philippines thirty years ago, my tenure has been working in the hospitality and service industries. Being part of the hospitality industry has taught me the joy associated with improving the lives of others in a given moment. From this experience, I wanted to pursue this passion into the real estate field. On a given weekend you may see me running in one of the city's many road races, riding my bicycle along the lakefront, or enjoying Chicago's Latin dance scene. Five words to describe me include love, integrity, commitment, passion, and fun. As a resident of North Center, Roscoe Village, and Lakeview for nearly two decades, I have watched these neighborhoods grow and change in exciting and inspiring ways. As a Broker, I have been exposed to countless great, up-and-coming Chicago neighborhoods. My favorite part of working as a Broker entails every day is a different journey. Within three weeks of joining the Chicago City Properties team, I helped two families close on their perfect homes. I look forward to helping you find yours!
