This customized 2 bed / 1 bath in Andersonville is just one of a few listings I have had and will have this spring.
One of the main reasons I sell homes so quickly is because I do almost all the showings myself. I ask the buyer the right questions, find the positives in their objections, and help them visualize themselves in the home. My genuine and up-front approach has also gotten me deals with my buyers. UNDER CONTRACT! After only 11 days on the market, I once again had multiple offers, and had a short bidding “skirmish” LOL!
This well-maintained and customized 2 bed / 1 bath in Andersonville had 9 showings in 1 week, a lot more than when my seller listed with a previous agent a year ago.
One of the main reasons I sell homes so quickly is because I do almost all the showings myself. CLOSED! I am not only happy for my sellers, but for the buyer! She loves the place, and I’ve already created a friendship with her. I’ll be helping her do some projects around her new home.
I got a contract on this 2 bed 2 bath condo in Rogers Park after only 2 weeks on the market, and I had 3 agents in 1 day say they were making offers. This is after 2 1/2 months of me remodeling the place and making it attractive to almost any buyer.
