We’ve worked with this seller for years, first helping her lease the unit when she became a landlord, to then helping her plan renovations before she decided to sell.
Watching someone go from “how do I make the most of this place” to a successful sale is exactly why we love what we do.

The most deserving couple are now new homeowners! 🙌🏼

After 6 years in Logan Square, we convinced them to make the move to West Town, submitted a couple offers before landing the one, and now I can’t wait to see them thrive in their new home.

Being a first time buyer can be a lot but they took all the hurdles like champs. I’m just glad that my consistent follow ups in the beginning paid off and they placed their trust in me and the team 😉
