Experiencing Rate Sheets for the first time at the age of 3, enjoying family breakfasts with Business news whispering into her sub-conscience, financial calculators tucked in her Christmas Stockings & convincing her father to take her to work every chance she had was only the beginning of her early training in this Industry. the last 17 years she diligently listened, learned, and worked her way up in the industry. During high School and college she Interned and absorbed as much information as possible with a Mortgage Brokerage. After graduating college, with a Finance & Marketing degree, she became a full time employee for a Mortgage Banker which merged with a Bank after 7 years. After a year with the bank she returned to a Mortgage Banker as she felt it was the best way to best service her clients and Networking partners. It also offers her the most flexibility & control over her business. She’s been back with a Mortgage Banker for several years and we just had the opportunity to open a city office for First Centennial Mortgage (FCM). At FCM we take the file from start to finish; processing, appraisals, underwriting, closing, & funding all occurs locally in house. While she currently works for a Mortgage Banker as a Senior Mortgage Consultant she is grateful she has experienced all the facets of her business. Elizabeth is most proud of the level of service she offers her clients. She’s built a successful business and strong reputation by being extremely attentive to each client’s needs. Because no two clients are the same Elizabeth listens to each client’s unique wants and needs and tailors the perfect program and experience for them from start to finish. She will work with clients anywhere from a few weeks to over a year to be sure that they obtain the perfect experience. Elizabeth meets her clients in person 7 days a week, will assist them with repairing credit, coordinating solid plans to meet all of their goals, attends all of her client’s closings, and goes above and beyond to provide the personal touch.
