We closed on this terrific Old Town home over a month ago and today was our final walkthrough! This was a very competitive bidding situation so one of the ways we were able to come out on top was by offering strong terms and allowing the seller to stay in the home until their new home was available. Strong terms and leveraging professional relationships can be just as important as price, and often make the difference.

It was great getting together with fellow brokers and staff to celebrate summer. Great food, drinks and music, plus plenty of laughs. was a great time once again!

But the best part? Through our raffle ticket sales, we were able to raise over $5,000 for . As this year’s President of our community nonprofit, I’m humbled by the generosity and support as we continue our work supporting 16 local and worthy organizations helping those affected by cancer. Couldn’t be more grateful and happy for both of my sellers! I know they are going to be super happy with their new homes even though leaving these places was not easy. I’m sure the new buyers will love living in Lincoln Park and Lakeview just as much as my clients did!
