Hi from a bit of a social media hiatus! I’ve been lucky enough in the last couple months of 2025 to be able to take a bit of a break from an INTENSE focus on work in the first three quarters to breathe and turn more of my attention to family and community care. Here are a few highlights from my 2025:
🏘️ helped friends old and new buy, sell, and rent their homes over 27 closed transactions, including 3 homes listed and sold, 10 dream homes found and bought, and 11 rental leases signed
✨ closed $7.28M in sales volume
🥳 was nominated by for Rookie of the Year - City! While I didn’t win, I’m so honored to have been nominated, and so grateful to all of the friends, family, and clients who took time out of their days to vote for me ❤️
🏡 with my ever-patient spouse, purchased and did major renovation work on our first rental property: a beautiful, century-old three-flat (still very much a work in progress, but I’m so appreciative of our lovely community of tenants for their patience and shared care!)
🧳traveled with family to upstate New York, NYC, Kraków, Singapore, and around the Midwest
🖌️ made and enjoyed art (and signed up for weaving and pottery classes next year!)
📚 read a lot (though never as much as I wanted)
🚴♂️ biked over 500 miles (hoping to bring that back up to at least 1K next year!)
I’m very much looking forward to helping more folks find, rent, and sell homes in the New Year. Wishing everyone a peaceful end of the year and a joyful start to 2026!
