It is my personal mission to help renters find the perfect place to call home for every stage of life while they continue to live in the greatest city, Chicago, IL! Uptown, Edgewater and Roger's park is where Becovic continues to grow and where our beautiful buildings are waiting for you! For Chicagoans who believe in the enduring richness of neighborhood living, Becovic is a family-owned residential real estate firm that celebrates its own immigrant story as a foundation for long-term investing in the city’s storied lakefront communities. We empower residents to create the spirit of home through safety, comfort and vibrant living. Since 1973, our family’s deep Chicago roots and commitment to creating homes has contributed to the preservation of Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods. We are long-term owners with a hyper-local pulse on the community’s values, needs and dreams — today and for the future. We are dedicated to fostering the diversity, integrity, beauty and vitality of our neighborhoods. We do this through continuously investing in our buildings and improving residents’ homes and lives. Everyone who is a part of the Becovic ecosystem — our residents, our staff and the communities we are part of and invest in — is fueled by the notion that neighborhoods require both sustaining and investing in for the sake of their prosperity and longevity. It is this forward-thinking belief that encourages our contributions to the future of our neighborhoods, and to celebrate the power of home.
