It’s the timeless homes, the neighborhood flower shops, the restaurants you keep coming back to, morning views of the lake, beautiful architecture, and yes… my two favorite office assistants.

From walkable streets and full-amenity high-rises to the incredible restaurants of Fulton Market and easy access to the Loop, it’s easy to see why so many buyers are choosing to call this neighborhood home.
