Gina Apack Realtor Your Real Estate Concierge Considering buying or selling an Arizona property? My goal is to make this a smooth, enjoyable process for all of my clients.

Whether this is your first or tenth real estate experience, each transaction is different. As your personal Real Estate Concierge, I will work for you to meet or exceed your needs. If you are looking to purchase a property, my job as your Realtor is to:

*Discuss your home requirements, wants, and location preferences. From there I will find properties that meet your needs.

*During your selection

process, I will assist you with finding the necessary tax information, CC&R's, discuss the pros and cons of each property, and more.

*Assist you by answering questions and directing you to other resources that you may need such as; lenders, title companies, home inspectors, handyman companies, websites to research and more.

*Prepare your purchase agreement to your specifications and negotiate on your behalf.

*Coordinate all inspections, walk through and title company appointments.

*Most importantly, communicate with you at every step of the process. If you are looking to sell your home, my job as your Realtor is to:

*Come to your home to view it and get a better idea of the features and benefits of your home.

*Put together a competitive market analysis (CMA) for your property. This will include properties currently on the market and sold properties in your area, their features, average days on market and much more.

*Recommend a listing price range for your property.

*Get your property into the MLS database, Realtor.com, Homes.com, my website, and approximatly 12 other sites to promote your home across the globe.

*Hold open house at your property to make it easily accessible to more prospects.

*Assist with contract negotiations between you and the prospective buyer.

*Coordinate inspections, walk through, and title appointments for you and your buyer.

*Most importantly, communicate with you at every step of the way. What do I bring to the table in a real estate transaction?

*Over 6 years experience in residential real estate.

*Experience in resale and new home builder fields. I worked for a local new home builder for years. This gives my clients an advantage because of my understanding of real estate from both sides of the desk.

*Work for my clients full-time and am available to show properties 7 days a week.

*A good understanding of the mortgage process and work with a variety of lenders to make your home purchase an enjoyable event.

*Most importantly, fantastic customer service for all of my clients. Referrals are always appreciated and are a large part of my business.
