*Prepare your purchase agreement to your specifications and negotiate on your behalf.
*Coordinate all inspections, walk through and title company appointments.
*Most importantly, communicate with you at every step of the process. If you are looking to sell your home, my job as your Realtor is to:
*Come to your home to view it and get a better idea of the features and benefits of your home.
*Put together a competitive market analysis (CMA) for your property. This will include properties currently on the market and sold properties in your area, their features, average days on market and much more.
*Recommend a listing price range for your property.
*Get your property into the MLS database, Realtor.com, Homes.com, my website, and approximatly 12 other sites to promote your home across the globe.
*Hold open house at your property to make it easily accessible to more prospects.
*Assist with contract negotiations between you and the prospective buyer.
*Coordinate inspections, walk through, and title appointments for you and your buyer.
*Most importantly, communicate with you at every step of the way. What do I bring to the table in a real estate transaction?
