She is Senior Vice President of Sales for Jameson Sotheby's International Realty, and always in the top .01% of brokers for the company. In the summer of 2016, Kate was named as one of the 100 most influential agents
in Chicago by Real Estate Executive Magazine. Kate was a member of CRF Marketing, the number one sales team in the city, from 2006 until their transition to Jameson Real Estate in 2008. She also sold high-end luxury, new construction condos for a residential developer at the start of her career. Kate has been interviewed as an industry expert for the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Agent Magazine. She has appeared a number of times on television venues including NBC 5 with Marion Brooks and The Talk. Kate is a Chicago Neighborhoods expert, focusing in: the Loop, West Loop, Gold Coast, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North, West Town, North Center, Roscoe Village, Uptown, Andersonville, and Lincoln Square. Kate offers a unique advantage by focusing her work in the city, but she is also an expert in the North Shore, and Western Suburbs. Kate specializes in transitioning her clients into and out of the city. Her thirst for knowledge has made her extremely well versed in the Chicagoland market. Personal referrals continue to be Kate's main source of business, and she takes her commitment to her clients seriously. With a proven record for negotiation, and a drive to succeed, Kate has consistently sold her listings in under average market time, netting her clients the highest possible price. Kate graduated with her Master's degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. She began her career in elementary education, teaching for five years.
