My experience in real estate started in college when I founded a development company that worked on single family rehabs and condo conversions in Chicago and its suburbs. I have been interviewed by Fox News Chicago, The Chicago Tribune, and Crain's Chicago Business regarding Chicago's luxury sales & leasing market. I've served as an expert witness in the Cook County Circuit Court regarding residential & commercial property values. I have also served as a consultant for government agencies regarding real estate fraud in the great Chicagoland area. When I am not supporting one of our brokers you can find me cooking in the kitchen or traveling the world, preferably via cruise ship, all while enjoying great cocktails and even better wine.

Somehow I got talked into officiating a wedding... and honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to spend Memorial Day weekend any other way.

Celebrating Kathryn & Peter at Esperanza was incredible. Amazing friends, amazing food, plenty of cocktails, and one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever seen.

Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and Peter keeping Kathryn calm. 🍸❤️

Had a great time speaking at the Appraisal Institute Chicago Chapter’s annual “Conditions of the Chicago Real Estate Market” event at DePaul University alongside such a strong group of industry leaders.

And apparently the event stuck with a few people 😂 — I was leaving the casino around 12:30am Saturday when someone stopped me and said, “Are you Paul? You spoke at my appraisal seminar last week… you were the highlight of the class!”

Not going to lie, that one made my night. Grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a fun and insightful event. 🏙️👏

At Everything is Relationship. 3 years ago and his book Unreasonable Hospitality helped influence and shape our professional development programs allowing our agents to deepen relationships with all of their clients. My favorite book in life now has a sequel!! The Field Guide! I can’t wait to share what I learn from this book with our entire company and affiliate network! If you have the honor of being in an industry where you get to serve clients or customers I cannot recommend this enough.
