2. He lived in 2 states + DC🏠
3. HE Has a clear ranking of his favorite people. He has his circle of trust🫶
4. His best trick is that you can put a treat on his paw and he’ll wait for you to say ok before he eats the goodie🦴
5. He’s small but also kinda chonky😍
6. He plays soccer well⚽️
7. He doesn’t like scooters🚫🛴
8. He doesn’t like when people leave the home🥺
9. He’s afraid of covered parking lots🅿️

Our Leasing Office will be closed Sunday and Monday in observance of Labor Day.

Normal office hours will resume Tuesday.

Preventative maintenance season is when our maintenance team completes routine in-unit visits to help keep everything running smoothly. One of the key parts of this process is replacing your air filters and checking HVAC systems to make sure they’re operating efficiently.

Clean, up-to-date filters help improve air quality, support system performance, and can even help prevent unexpected repairs down the line.

Thank you to all residents for your cooperation and for allowing our team access during these visits, and thank you to Rico and his incredible team!
