✨ Just completed this beautiful hardwood project in Colorado! ✨

Freshly installed 2 1/4” Red Oak hardwood floors stained in DuraSeal Nutmeg for that warm, timeless look. We finished everything with Bona Traffic HD two-part water-based finish, coated twice for maximum durability, protection, and long-lasting beauty.

The staircase got the full luxury treatment too — brand-new treads and risers, custom stained to match in Nutmeg for a seamless, high-end finish throughout the home.

✨ New Year. New Floors. New Value. ✨

This transformation was all about doing it right from the ground up. The old carpet was fully ripped out and hauled away, making room for a complete upgrade. We installed new unfinished 3-1/4″ hardwood floors, then refinished everything using our dustless sanding system for a cleaner, smoother process.

The floors were stained Birch by Bona, sealed with Bona Natural Sealer, and finished with two coats of Bona Traffic HD in a matte finish—giving this home a warm, natural look with serious durability built to last.

The result? A cleaner, brighter space with timeless character and real added value. Another home refreshed and ready to be enjoyed in the new year.

We just wrapped up a full hardwood floor refinishing project featuring a rich Special Walnut DuraSeal stain. The floors were carefully sanded down to bare wood, then stained to bring out a warm, timeless look with beautiful depth and grain definition. To complete the transformation, we also refinished the staircase, ensuring it seamlessly matched the newly finished floors for a cohesive, elegant finish throughout the home.
