Craving a latte, cappuccino, or a bold cup of craft-roasted black coffee? In the mood for something sweeter, like a rich and creamy hot chocolate? SipWithMe serves a variety of barista-quality beverages made with premium ingredients, all ready in about 60 seconds.

Exciting progress is underway for The Legacy at 1621 Chicago Avenue, a new, thoughtfully designed multifamily development that represents a major investment in downtown Evanston’s growth and vitality. Demolition of the existing building is scheduled to begin in early December and will take approximately two to three weeks to complete.
