Mark Allen Realty - Mark Allen Glusker As a co-founder of Mark Allen Realty, I would like to welcome you. While growing up in New York, my family was always involved in real estate.

My grandfather was a landlord so I was put to work early in life as his sidekick and helper in the varied tasks of maintaining large rental properties. In addition, while attending high school and college, I spent my summers installing in-ground pools. I obtained great knowledge and experience in the fields of excavating, surveying, laying out, and deck building. I graduated from the State Univers

ity of New York with a degree in Business and have been applying that knowledge to the real estate field ever since. Immediately after college, my brother and I began building homes from the ground up. While doing side jobs as a trim carpenter, I took over the reins of the company and watched it grow into a successful Realty Development and Construction Company. As an owner and builder, I oversaw all the construction trades, maintaining quality control and demanding perfection. I was both challenged and intrigued as I gained the necessary skills to build homes, buy, sell, and subdivide land, and renovate multi-unit buildings. I relocated to Chicago in 1999 where my passion for building homes and working in real estate has led to my lifelong career. I continue to build and invest in properties, where my knowledge as a builder and developer for 23 years has proven to be very beneficial to my real estate career and to my clients. As a realtor, I can offer this knowledge and experience to my clients, whether they are looking to purchase a new home or are contemplating the sale of their present home. In fact, I'm constantly asked, "how do you know all this?" by my clients. Having trust in your realtor's judgment is certainly a comforting feeling. The purchase of a home is usually the largest financial undertaking in a person's life, so it's definitely wise to have a knowledgeable agent and team behind you. That's why I am constantly encouraging my agents to maximize and expand both their knowledge and their opportunities in the real estate market. As a result, Mark Allen Realty offers so much more to our valued clients than just experience or knowledge alone.
