🏳️‍🌈✨ A piece of Boystown history now proudly displayed at The Eagle Building.

This 2001 Pride Parade photo captures the vibrant spirit of the neighborhood when our leasing office was the beloved Spin bar. The massive Pride flag draped along the building and the American flag carried down Halsted are timeless reminders of unity, celebration, and progress.

We’re honored to celebrate this legacy as a long standing part of the community, and to share this moment in our lobby for all to see. Stop by and take a look! 💖

Calling all DLG residents - get ready to spread some holiday cheer and showcase your decorating skills! Whether it's your apartment door or entire unit, we want to see your most festive holiday decor.

🎁 How to Enter:

Snap a photo of your best holiday-decorated door or apartment.

Submit it to us by December 15th! You can send us a DM through Facebook with your submission or email [email protected] or [email protected]. We’ll post submissions to our page. The photo with the most interactions by the 20th wins!

🏆 Prizes:
1st Place: $200 Rent credit for January
2nd Place: $100 Rent credit for January
