Great review from Claude... "We have been renting our north shore home since 2015, without the benefit of having a professional property manager. The workload and stress of dealing with appliance failures and tenant demands just became too much. In the summer of 2023, we spent a great deal of time shopping and researching property management companies in the Chicago Metro area. After speaking and meeting with Rusty Schluchter @ CPG Management, we felt that of all the companies we spoke with, CPG and Rusty were the appropriate fit/choice. They helped identify what need to be done to "refresh" the house and landscape and provided the tradespeople as well as supervise the work. Once the work was completed, I wanted to move into the house, it looked so beautiful. They were able to find us a very good tenant in relatively short order.
Over the past few days, we developed a plumbing issue at the property. Rusty and his team were "Johnny-on-the-Spot". Kept us informed and were able to come up with plan for resolution and executed it. This is the first time, since renting this house, that we did not feel overwhelmed or anxious about the needed repairs or having to find a plumber to fix the issue. THEY DID everything. I am only sorry that we did not hire them years ago!!!"
