Ok, time to talk shop. >>Now is the time of year where home buyers and sellers call me and ask the same question, “Winter is here, what do I do about my move?”
The answer for both is “make sure you have an agent who can bring deals together regardless of the time of year; whether the properties are currently listed on the open market or not; and who understands your comprehensive real estate goals in order to look at the big picture and advise you on how to make the right moves at the right time.”
Buyers who are browsing listings might like a few things they have seen, but are wondering if they should make an offer now and try to get a good deal from a seller who needs to sell before the end of the year, or wait until Spring when more listings come on the market.
Sellers whose homes are listed now can suddenly see the holidays right in front of them and wonder if they should pull their homes off the market and re-list in the Spring when there is more demand.
