A sneak peak into this downtown loft remodel I did which included the foyer hallway, master bedroom, dining room and family room. This client is one of the sweetest people I know. This was one of my favorite projects simply for the response I received from the client. Her excitement for the room made me feel soooo good. We used an existing sectional that I separated to be a sofa instead so I could add these 2 swivel chairs that Im sure her kids have a blast with. Plus, it allowed for a better flow from the kitchen. The leather ottomans are also great for kids so messes wipe off easily. Loved the result and functionality of this room!

What a lucky teen to have a mom who wanted to surprise her with a new room! She wanted something natural and slightly boho so with new lighting, furniture and bedding it felt like a whole new room. But the coolest part of this room is the artwork above the bed that was made by her friend. How fun!! Mostly everything from the room was from !!

This couple was sooo incredibly patient. Knowing delivery times were out of whack they patiently waited for their furniture for 6 months!! Yes people that's how backed up certain stores are with delivery!! But I think the wait was worth it. They wanted something that felt luxurious and like a hotel. So I gave them one of the most stunning light fixtures I've installed yet! I'll have to get some more closeups of this room because there are a lot of great textures and details here. I'm in love with the channel headboard. I introduced a lot of new lighting in here which is so important! They initially questioned whether the king bed would fit. Glad i pushed it. I think they are sleeping a little bit better now..sorry honey I but I need my space! Let me know what you think

How do people manage their own business and keep their social media pages up to date?? I haven't posted in a while and have so many pictures to share! Swipe for the before picture!!This was such a fun project for such a great family. We kept the existing vanity and refinished it with this amazing rich green color. We did a gorgeous marble picket tile to the ceiling with new hardware and counter. To add some warmth we added these round walnut mirrors. What a fun bathroom for the kids!!

Who needs color when white can be so pretty! These tall 10' ceilings needed something equally large. This oversized mirror creates such a beautiful reflection of the rest of the home. The stools underneath are large enough where its the perfect seat for you to put shoes on before heading out the door! Love!

Ahhhhh!!!! Look at this beautiful spec house that is about to start construction and is for sale! Could you imagine being able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Naperville? Happy St. Patrick's Day!! To honor St. Patricks Day I'm sharing this very fitting green "before" bathroom. I think we've accomplished to take out any leprechauns and make this new space a relaxing place to unwind, especially with this gorgeous free standing tub. We still have to add a walnut wood ledge and some beautiful leaning art. Cant wait to share the rest of the space with you, its a real stunner!

I'm sitting at the DJK Stewart Ridge model wishing that I had a vault in my master bathroom like this. A vaulted ceiling in the bathroom isn't as expected so it's immediately a wow factor. Then add in a skylight for that much needed natural light and you've got yourself a space that you could spend hours in (but who has that kind of time). What are your thoughts on a free standing tub? Railings are in!!! Aren't they stunning? I think people feel the need to get really decorative in their spindles and I think this picture shows keeping it simple is better! Take a look at the before picture. The first thing I wanted to do in here is blow out the drywall half wall. I really REALLY dislike a half wall in drywall. It makes it feel so much more open if it's done with spindles. So that's what we did. And the new floor color is gorgeous. White oak wood floor and the homeowner did an amazing job in her final stain color selection. It makes me want to sand my own own wood floors all over again. (Dont tell my husband)

She's here. The long awaited range hood finally came. And I love her. If you want to make your kitchen pop get a statement hood. There was much debate over this range hood. The color, the strappings but I think this was the right direction to go in. And to remind you of where we started swipe to see the before! We did NOT get new cabinets, we did NOT get new appliances. Just some creative thinking om how to give this space a new and updated feel. More pictures coming but for now this is all you get!
