I don't usually like looking at national trends/news when it comes to real estate as the state of the market is hyper-local. However, this hits the nail on the head for the Chicagoland area. High interest rates are leading to a lack of inventory, which is leading to higher home prices.

2024 is shaping up to be a year of change, and our Spring Preview attempts to outline where some of those changes might take us. From inflation to market and economic uncertainty, there's a lot to consider. Yet, with change comes opportunity for potential homebuyers.
