I have been an active broker in Chicago’s real estate market since 1995. With experience in representing individual sellers and buyers, developers and builders, I have established a proven record of success in real estate brokerage and a history of providing comprehensive service to all my clients. I am a real estate professional who will be mindful of your real estate needs, listening carefully to your concerns and desires, and committing wholeheartedly to helping you achieve your goals . . . as if they were my very own. I am an informed and tenacious advocate for all my clients. Colleagues and clients alike often call upon me for my realistic interpretation and forthright observations of current market trends and conditions. I’ve built a reputation over the years for integrity and professionalism coupled with a sincere and personal approach. All of my successes in real estate have been the result of careful planning and dedicated hard work. This is the very foundation upon which I have built a career and serve all my clients. What you may not know is that in 2003 I began an independent partnership with Vertex Properties, LLC., a general contracting/design-build firm on the north side of Chicago. Together, over the past 10 years, we have designed and managed the construction of high-end single family homes, vintage rehabs, and high-rise restorations. Check out our work on HOUZZ.COM. This construction knowledge makes me uniquely qualified to help you identify property deficiencies that may diminish a home's worth or desirability. I am also well-suited to assist you with various repair projects as you prepare your home for market.
