My experience in real estate begins in the field of property management where I specialized in residential leasing and managed 24 buildings or 380 units in a territory that stretched from Evanston to 110th street. Well-versed in relating to tenants, employees and vendors, I have a strong work ethic and attention to detail keep me ahead of the curve when it comes to servicing clients. I possess a talent for managing projects, working with varying personalities and multi-tasking effectively, all essential qualities in streamlining the real estate experience. I have built a strong network of relationships with service personnel including plumbers, electricians, masonry contractors, carpenters and the like. I am well versed in the distinct neighborhoods of the city and equipped to assist buyers in finding their ideal fit and sellers at optimizing results.
