According to the National Associstion of Realtors' chief economist, this build up in savings 💸 could result in a strong economic resurgence once vaccine distribution becomes widespread and consumers are freer to pursue pre-pandemic levels of activity. It could be as soon as the second half of the year! 🤞

I absolutely adore blue cabinets 💙 This soothing, tranquil color that is associated with water and sky continues to trend in 2021. Blue works so well in kitchens because it's complementary to orange. Orange tones show up in wood and brass which are common materials in kitchens.

There are many ways to style a kitchen with the color blue. In this case, painting the top cabinets white also helps keep the space bright. Another great option would be to keep the the kitchen island blue and install blue backsplash tile with white cabinets.

Adding in some wood or gold tones help bring warmth to the space. Gold hardware such as light fixtures, faucets and cabinet handles are a perfect touch.

Lastly, pure white counters looks gorgeous paired with blue-painted cabinetry. It adds to the crisp, modern style and creates a nautical white and blue scheme.

If all goes according to plan, the Chicago Spire will be breaking ground early next year! It's location will be at 400 N. Lake Shore Drive. The plan has been revised, taking it from a 1,100-foot and an 850-foot tower down to 875 and 765 feet. All it needs now is a thumbs up 👍

The two-tower plan for 400 N. Lake Shore Drive ditches the hotel rooms, slashes parking, and gets a 225-foot haircut.
