Michelle Liffick, Chicago Area Real Estate Broker Michelle Liffick is an experienced Real Estate Broker specializing in residential real estate transactions in the City of Chicago and surrounding areas.

A steadfast and dogged advocate, Michelle’s goal is to protect her client’s best interests fiercely – to figure out what the client really wants and needs, and to work to the utmost of her ability to make sure that is what the client gets. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Michelle represented clients as an attorney and also served as the marketing director for a nonprofit music and cultural center. Having worked as a litigation attorney, Michelle is especially familiar with the intricacies of the negotiation process and is a master negotiator. She appreciates the importance of timely communication, exhaustive research, constant accessibility, and complete loyalty to a client’s interests and goals. She is a happy 15-year resident of our fair city (currently Logan Square) where she resides with her cat and, in her spare time, keeps bees. Michelle earned a B.A. in English Literature from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, IL.

Chicago reversed recent trends by gaining slightly in population, while midsize cities like Plainfield and North Chicago continued fast growth.
